Henry Page
(1879 - 1950)

Successful Dairyman

Page, born into an Illinois family identified with the dairy industry since the Civil War, founded the Page Dairy Company in Toledo in 1913 and opened the first plant on Wade Street in 1914. The business grew to become one of the largest independent producers of ice cream and dairy products in the Midwest. He was president until his death in 1950.

 

Page was active in community affairs and was well known for supporting high school bands and athletics. Page Stadium at DeVilbiss High School was named to honor his support.
