Robinson Locke 
(1856 - 1920)

Newspaper Editor, U.S. Consul

Son of David Ross Locke, he was appointed by President Arthur to be U.S. Consul at New-Castle-on-Tyne in England. He followed his father as editor-in-chief of The Blade until his death in 1920.
